All visual elements, logos, platform code, and related materials are owned by Vevee Team. You're granted a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable license to use Vevee under the terms of this agreement.
By submitting content through Vevee, you grant Vevee Team a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, adapt, and distribute your submissions to improve our service.
Only use Vevee for lawful, personal purposes. Any misuse, abuse, or unlawful activity may result in termination of your access.
Avoid the following:
· Using Vevee to spread malware or harmful code.
· Attempting unauthorized access to Vevee systems or data.
· Disrupting or interfering with the platform’s stability.
· Engaging in deceptive, manipulative, or fraudulent actions.
To the extent permitted by law, Vevee Team is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses — including service interruptions, data loss, or loss of opportunity.
Vevee is provided “as is” and “as available.” We cannot assure uninterrupted service or guarantee the platform is entirely free of bugs or security flaws.
We may revise this agreement at any time. Significant changes will be communicated. Continued use of Vevee means you accept the updated terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach this agreement or for other justifiable reasons, with or without notice.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Vevee Team is based. Any disputes not resolved informally will be subject to binding arbitration. The arbitrator’s decision is final and enforceable.
